Roastedly® never compromise with our quality and avail only coffee of premium to specialty grade (mostly are Single Origin) where the producing estate/farm can also be traced, presenting you the best coffee, with the convenience to be enjoyed anytime and anywhere.
We carefully source for great coffee from reputable roasters from around the world, carry out a stringent cupping process to derive the taste notes and suitable grind size for that specific coffee. Thereafter, coffee beans are grind and sealed into single serve size sachet made of specially indented aluminum wrappers. The sachet is then flushed and sealed with nitrogen to ensure the freshness of coffee as well as longevity shelf life of up to 18 months.
To offer maximum mobility and convenience, we provide a premium disposable drip bag bundled with each sachet. Now, all you need is a cup and hot water to satisfy your coffee addiction! General coffee information such as coffee origin, estate, roasters and a QR code are printed on each sachet. To get complete information of the coffee, simply scan the QR code and it will present all the information.
About the Coffee Farm / Estate
This coffee is certified organically grown and Rainforest Alliance certified, meaning it was produced following sustainable ecological and socio-economic criteria developed by the Sustainable Agricultural Network, a coalition of independent, environment-focused non-governmental organizations. It was produced on the Selva Negra (Black Forest) farm, a name that reflects the nostalgia of this pioneering coffee farm’s 19th century German founders. In the 21st century its fourth-generation owners have reinvented Selva Negra as a celebrated agri-tourism destination, a completely self-sufficient, sustainable farm community with extensive forest reserves and a very characteristic Nicaragua coffee.
Roaster: Industry Beans
Over the last decade, a wave of coffee roasters across the globe, known as the Third Wave, redefined ideas about sourcing, roasting and brewing coffee. Abandoning old approaches, these pioneers saw coffee as a natural product with many possibilities, recognising that different varietals, growing conditions, processing methods and brewing techniques could each yield something distinctive to a final cup.
Inspired by this movement, two brothers in Melbourne founded Industry Beans in 2010. Driven by curiosity and a belief that the coffee roasting process offered possibilities yet to be fully explored.
Steve and Trevor Simmons set up in a tiny garage on a shoestring budget and began roasting coffee for themselves. They formed relationships with farmers and producers in key coffee growing regions around the world, and with philosophies of quality, transparency and approachability began to grow their roasting operation.
Almost eight years on and Industry Beans has established itself at the cutting edge of Melbourne’s internationally renowned specialty coffee scene. Housed in an open-planned award-winning warehouse conversion, Industry Beans is a coffee roastery, cafe and brew bar, all under one roof in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
