Works behind the scene
Roastedly® never compromise with our quality and avail only coffee of premium to specialty grade (mostly are Single Origin) where the producing estate/farm can also be traced, presenting you the best coffee, with the convenience to be enjoyed anytime and anywhere.
We carefully source for great coffee from reputable roasters from around the world, carry out a stringent cupping process to derive the taste notes and suitable grind size for that specific coffee. Thereafter, coffee beans are grind and sealed into single serve size sachet made of specially indented aluminum wrappers. The sachet is then flushed and sealed with nitrogen to ensure the freshness of coffee as well as longevity shelf life of up to 18 months.
To offer maximum mobility and convenience, we provide a premium disposable drip bag bundled with each sachet. Now, all you need is a cup and hot water to satisfy your coffee addiction! General coffee information such as coffee origin, estate, roasters and a QR code are printed on each sachet. To get complete information of the coffee, simply scan the QR code and it will present all the information.
About the Coffee Farm / Estate
This coffee is from the Caldes region, near Colombia’s east coast. Coffees are grown on the slopes of the Andes, beneath shade of bamboo and banana trees.
Fernando Gomez Chica has been involved in the very early stages of the production, and has made many improvements to the way the farm operates. The machinery is cleaner and better maintained and farmers only picked the ripest cherries.
Roaster: Cult Co
We don’t light candles and maybe drink blood for lunch. What we have is undying interest and a deep passion for coffee, so deep, we decided to leave our jobs and start our own coffee roasting company.
But there’s more to it than just this. We love to work closely with the people around us from our partners to the consumers to even the farmers. We’re all about forging relationships collaborations. We’re really friendly people, and we’re more than happy to accept you with open arms into the Cult.
As for coffee, we’re actually pretty old at heart. We prefer to keep our roasting style at a human level through our skills as roasters rather than through computers and lines (but hey, they do help at times). We don’t try to talk to the coffee but rather, let the coffee speak to us through its coherent and intrinsic characters. Sounds crazy? Not really. We try to transcend beyond the boundaries set by the current teachings, standards and theology of coffee. Our roasting style allows us to do this which in turns allows us to highlight what we feel is important in all of our coffee that we roast; sweetness, acidity, balance and complexity.
But well, enough about us. We’re trying to keep it mysterious. So what’s important for you to know is that, we’re just a coffee roaster, and we roast coffee. For you. For the people. Specialty Coffee is awesome. And we try not to suck at it.
Welcome To The Cult.
