Roastedly® never compromise with our quality and avail only coffee of premium to specialty grade (mostly are Single Origin) where the producing estate/farm can also be traced, presenting you the best coffee, with the convenience to be enjoyed anytime and anywhere.
We carefully source for great coffee from reputable roasters from around the world, carry out a stringent cupping process to derive the taste notes and suitable grind size for that specific coffee. Thereafter, coffee beans are grind and sealed into single serve size sachet made of specially indented aluminum wrappers. The sachet is then flushed and sealed with nitrogen to ensure the freshness of coffee as well as longevity shelf life of up to 18 months.
To offer maximum mobility and convenience, we provide a premium disposable drip bag bundled with each sachet. Now, all you need is a cup and hot water to satisfy your coffee addiction! General coffee information such as coffee origin, estate, roasters and a QR code are printed on each sachet. To get complete information of the coffee, simply scan the QR code and it will present all the information.
About the Coffee Farm / Estate
This incredible and unique natural process, heirloom coffee comes from a singe farm in the Kafa region of Ethiopia.
Hand picked and processed with care, you can expect a deliciously creamy mouthfeel, with slight notes of floral & berry. It has a long and slightly cacao finish with a touch of tropical fruit sweetness. Overall, a complex yet unassuming coffee.
Roaster: Upside Down Coffee Alternatives
U|DCA is a minimalistic coffee concept that started in 2017. The concept aims to bring great tasting coffee with a meticulous approach in small batch roasting. Also, as the name suggests, we tend to look and approach our coffees in a different perspective and will sometimes find unorthodox ways to roast, profile and extract our coffee. At the end of the day, we don’t follow trends; we just want to make coffee serious, yet approachable and friendly.
We run a small coffee kiosk in Amoy Street which aims to bring awareness and also to carry the great flavours of our coffee to the guests. Coffees are seasonal and in rotation based on harvest seasons over there, and we extract and serve our coffees via various brewing methods to bring out different characteristics in the coffees. We want our guests to get immersed into their coffee when they visit us and get taken away to another dimension upon their first sip.
