The Guji Zone is situated in the far South of the Oromia Region, in Sidamo Province.
The coffees are grown by small holding farms, usually about 0.5 hectares in size, situated between 1700-1900MASL.
As part of the Operation Cherry Red Project, the coffee was carefully picked and handled, with care taken in drying the cherries, it helps to create an amazing cup with bold layers of fruit flavours and complexity.
