Roastedly® never compromise with our quality and avail only coffee of premium to specialty grade (mostly are Single Origin) where the producing estate/farm can also be traced, presenting you the best coffee, with the convenience to be enjoyed anytime and anywhere.
We carefully source for great coffee from reputable roasters from around the world, carry out a stringent cupping process to derive the taste notes and suitable grind size for that specific coffee. Thereafter, coffee beans are grind and sealed into single serve size sachet made of specially indented aluminum wrappers. The sachet is then flushed and sealed with nitrogen to ensure the freshness of coffee as well as longevity shelf life of up to 18 months.
To offer maximum mobility and convenience, we provide a premium disposable drip bag bundled with each sachet. Now, all you need is a cup and hot water to satisfy your coffee addiction! General coffee information such as coffee origin, estate, roasters and a QR code are printed on each sachet. To get complete information of the coffee, simply scan the QR code and it will present all the information.
About the Coffee Farm / Estate
The coffee cherries are harvested by small farmers and deliver to processing centre. Sydney Coffee Company provides up to 23% of profits to local farmers to select the best coffee cherries, to ensure the greatest coffee quality.
Most of the cooperatives in Yirgacheffe are part of the Yagasfield Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU). This coffee bean is earned through the hard work from 2400 smaller-scale farmers from Konga Coffee Farmers Cooperative. They didn’t let any single details slipped off during process. From selecting the Heirloom tree among the coffee species in the primeval forest and transplant to the farmyard. This process was fantastic complexity. After coffee cherries harvested, farmers separated unripe cherries, remove the outer skin, and let it fermented for 24 – 36 hours. They washed the fermented coffee cherries according to the density, and lay it for natural processing for 1 – 2 weeks.

We are a Specialty Coffee Micro-Roastery located in Ipoh, Malaysia. We were so intrigued and surprised by the true flavour of specialty coffee when we first experienced it. That is the reason why we set up Jln Theatre Coffee with our own micro coffee roasters in Ipoh, to share what we love and passionate about.
Our philosophy is to explore and uncover the coffee bean’s potential through our roasting and brewing techniques. Great tasting coffee roasted with simplicity and to find the perfect balance of roasting to bring out the truest flavour – from seed to cup.
We may be new in coffee roastery, but keen to develop the best flavour of the coffee with light roast technique; which are mainly inspired by the Scandinavian roasting style. Our aim is to highlight the original attributes of the coffee, and to preserve the amazing characters of the coffee bean.
Working directly with specialist farms we carefully selected. Sourcing in the most sustainable and socially responsible way are our starting point. All the green beans we buy are ethically traded to embrace transparency and traceability for coffee bean and farmer.
